Subscriptions & Enquiries

To ensure the privacy of all customers and subscribers, any contact details submitted for subscription or through enquiry forms will be used only for the purpose of email communication, marketing and updates. Email addresses will not be shared with third parties.

Client confidentiality in the design process

The designer acknowledges that they may be involved in or become aware of information that relates to the client on a personal level including information related to the client’s future, present, customer names, guest names, project information and financial details.

The designer agrees to protect all of the above information and keep any personal information obtained, event information and designs confidential while in production and until after they have been distributed by the client.

However, the designer will be permitted to display final work on their website, social media or in promotional materials after the event has taken place.

The client should make the designer aware if they do not wish personal information that is included in final designs to be displayed. The designer will be permitted to display final designs but change personal details if this is the case.
