Returns & Refunds
Bespoke work and commissions are non-refundable. Where a customer would like to return other items, such as greetings cards, the items must be unopened and in perfect condition. Refunds will be made in the same way that payment was taken and may take several days to process. For hire items, refundable deposits will only be returned on return of items which are in the same condition as they were when delivered/collected.
Wedding stationery clients will be provided with wording templates to complete. I do not take responsibility for spelling errors that are out with my control.
The Artwork
All artwork and designs are my own and are not to be copied by anyone within or outwith the creative or wedding industry. I will not directly copy the work of other creatives for customers who choose bespoke design.
Images
All photographs are my own or have been obtained by permission of an event photographer. Images should not be copied and redistributed by anyone visiting the website. Other images of my work can be found on my social media sites, and where sharing of these take place, my social media accounts should be credited.
Customer Information
Jenna B Stationery is protected with public liability insurance. Where customer information is obtained for postage or email subscription, no information will be shared with any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more.
Customer Conduct
Negative language and behaviour will not be tolerated. Where this is the case, Jenna B Stationery reserves the right to withdraw services from customers.
